This constitutes the necessary input for our creative image stylization features. We utilize automated machine learning filters to process these images and render the artistic effects you select.
  2. Automatically Collected Technical Data: Includes your device model, operating system version, IP address, service logs, crash reports, and feature usage statistics. This data is used exclusively for diagnosing system failures, optimizing server performance, defending against security threats, and improving service stability.

2. Image Processing & Data Ephemerality

  1. Stylization Processing Only: Image analysis is strictly limited to pixel-level style transferring and applying creative visual filters (such as sci-fi themes or graphic poster borders).
  2. No Facial Mapping or Biometrics: The Service does not scan, extract, map, or harvest facial geometries, biometric identifiers, or unique personal physical characteristics. We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, user profiling, or tracking.
  3. Immediate Deletion: Upon completion of the artistic rendering and delivery of the final image to your device, the original image and any temporary cache assets are immediately and permanently deleted from our active servers. No residual user-uploaded imagery is retained.
  4. Never Shared or Sold: We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your processed images or technical data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or identification purposes.

3. Data Processing Scenarios

  1. Fulfilling your explicit requests to generate artistic posters.
  2. Operating, maintaining, and technically improving the Service.
  3. Complying with applicable legal obligations or standard security protocols.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

  1. Strict Supplier Agreements: We partner with secure cloud infrastructure providers to process rendering requests. These third parties act strictly as data processors under binding confidentiality agreements.
  2. Access Prohibitions: Our infrastructure providers are prohibited from using your data for any independent purposes and must maintain security protocols aligned with this policy.
